With the 2014 season almost here, And with 3 teams competing from Senior to junior level the Club is always on the look out for new players. So if you are a player who thinks he might be good enough to make our senior team, please drop us a line, and if you can come out to Boston before April 30th we would be very intrested in talking with you.

The Junior Bs are playing Vs Armagh Notre Dame tomorrow Saturday July 24th @ 5.45. And the Seniors are out at Sunday July 25th @ 5pm Vs Wolf Tones . please come out and show your support.

Its a busy day for the Blues Club tomorrow Sunday July 18th, The Junior As are out at 12.00 Vs wolf Tones and the senior team is playing @ 2.30 Vs St. Christophors, its a busy day for both teams so please come out and show your support.

Shannon blues Junior B’s lost out to Donegal on Saturday evening, and our seniors made very hard work of our victory over the Gaels. The Blues where up 8 points midway through the second half, but the Blues let the Gaels back into it and we where lucky to hang on for a 2 point victory, final score Shannon Blues 2-12 , Connemara Gaels 2-10…..check out our match reports page for a full summery of the game

Shannon blues Junior Bs are out today @4.00 Vs Donegal. And tomorrrow July 4th our seniors are out tomorrow Vs Connemara Geals @ 5.30. Please all supporters try and make it out and support your team and club.

There is a busy weekend ahead for the Blues with all 3 teams in action the Seniors are out tomorrow Sat June 12th @ 5.30 Vs Donegal, on Sunday both our junior As & junior Bs are in action @ 12.00 on Sunday june 13th th Junior As Vs New England Celtics, and following that @ 3.00pm our junior Bs Vs Mayo. This is to be the busiest weekend so far this season for our club, so please everyone try and make it out and support your team.
Also the Club is running a World Cup Golden Goal Square for all USA group games, Each square costs $10 and there is a $100 prize for each goal scored in the game. Contact any club member for details.

Saturday June 5th
The Blues Seniors got off th a great start of there championship campain last sunday with a great 1-10 to 2-5 win over Kerry. This weekend its the juniors turn with both teams in action the Junior As Vs Macs saturday @5.30 and on sunday the junior Bs are in action @1.45 Vs Hartford. Please try and make it out and support both teams this weekend.

The Shannon Blues club ran a very successful $20 draw last night Friday May 21st at Paddy Barry’s in Quincy. We would like to thank anyone who bought a ticket and we would also like to thank our ticket sellers. Your support and help is greatly appreciated.
